Re: Op-ed published Saturday  Nov. 10, 2007, Boston Herald Newspaper.

Dear Jose De La Isla,

In your Nov. 10, 2007 piece in the Boston Herald, you had the nerve to say that most Americans do not wish to deport your friends, the illegal alien criminal invaders, who kill up to 25 Americans a day.

You know your claim is a lie, and most who read the Herald are smart enough to dismiss that bogus claim. Try writing for the Globe where morons might buy your lie.

The reason politicians will not pass what you call "immigration reform" is because they know that we Americans do not support it (just as you know, despite your lies), and we'll turn them out of office as fast as possible when they're next up for election if they give in to you and your criminal "undocumented immigrants." Democrats don't even carry your water when push comes to shove and they aren't safely elected.

Immigrants aren't "undocumented," they're either legal or illegal. You side with the illegals, with the criminals, with the people who treat America as if it is either a welfare office, a jobs program, or a combination of the two for the Third World. I've got news for you: this country is not either of those things.

Our federal prisons are full of people that you defend and lie for who have stolen from, raped, and murdered Americans who were both born here and who have immigrated legally to this country.

To close your piece by mentioning the likes of Walter Cronkite, a total disgrace who lost one war for America three decades ago and would love to lose another if he had his way shows your ignorance and how much you hate America.

If you don't like it here, try one of the third world hellholes you'd love to open America and all Americans to.

You ought to be ashamed of yourself.

Re: "CAN RUDY STOP ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION? UNLIKELY", your op-ed published Sunday Sept. 2, 2007, Herald-Standard Newspaper.

If you would lke to ready Rudy’s Promise: He’ll End Illegal Immigration by Andy Porras click here.

While legal Americans realize that the state of California, and Texas, are heavily populated with illegal Hispanics ( and legal Hispanics) the kind of bloated propaganda coming from California, in re illegal immigration is not making it's intended sale in the rest of the nation. We thought you should know!

First, let me explain, I'm not supporting Rudy.  Right now, I'm not supporting any particular presidential runner, simply because finding one to support takes time, investigation, research, asking questions, and listening to opposing viewpoints and candidates, etc. and that won't be accomplished for some time ahead.  Your op-ed went in the direction of negating Rudy Guilliani, but that doesn't matter to me at all.

Having explained that to you, you need to get a grip on what legal Americans do think. It 's clear a few in the population just have no clue! For instance, the propaganda passed about by those who have their own personal agenda, for their own personal reasons, who want to convince people that law enforcement equates to racism, and who also know there is nothing racist about enforcing existing immigration law, are wasting their breath on the majority legal population who are not buying what they are selling, at all.

Legal Americans are expected to obey the laws, so we feel our government has an obligation to see that everyone inside our borders also obey those laws.  Nobody in this country should be permitted to be above the law our legislators wrote and put on the books. No exceptions.

Existing immigration law happens to be one of those laws. The existing law clearly states it is against the law to help, in any manner, anyone entering the USA, illegally. It is illegal to provide housing, illegal to hire, illegal to do business with any illegal alien, of any race, from anywhere. So, this baloney that the citizenry are being racist when demanding law enforcement is just that, baloney! The existing law demands deportation of any illegal alien. Period. It also provides fines, arrest, prosecution, and jail terms for anyone breaking that law. The law doesn't differentiate between criminal illegal aliens, and other illegal aliens, in that respect, either. Nor should it! All illegal aliens are criminals, because the broke the law coming here; they broke the law by stealing an identity that was never their own; by stealing social security identities of people whom they are not.

There is no excuse to be made when people commit crimes, that by our laws, constitute felonies!  Entering this country without permission to do so is a felony crime.  Stealing social security identities is a felony crime.
Sadly, misguidedly, naively, our immigration law was not well enforced, over a lengthy period of time in our history! So, the invasion of our nation by millions of illegal aliens occurred and now has reached a crisis level that should not have been allowed to present itself, and can no longer be ignored.

The invasion has cost legal citizen taxpayers millions, if not billions of dollars! Legal citizens are forced, against their will, to pay for housing, schooling, medical care, and a host of other things that these illegal aliens have no legal claim upon, and who are not entitled to under our law. Their presence is a crime, and their presence is creating a bill for the rest of us who are legally here that should not exist. Their presence is costing jobs for legal citizens, and causing declines in wages for several decades already, that legal Americans are not willing to contend, any longer. Enough is enough, is the viewpoint currently in place. We have suffered at the hands of these people far too long, already.

We do feel sympathy for the illegal alien whose own country does not meet their survival needs. But imagine what those folks might accomplish if they stayed at home and became as active about their intentions there, as they want us to think they are here? Therefore, sympathy is limited for them.

We are disgusted with the few in the Hispanic community, such as you appear to be, who seem more than willing, however, to have their own kind exploited by business!  Personally, the rest of us would be very angry about having our own kind exploited in similar fashion!

Illegal immigrants, of all nationalities, are being nothing more than exploited by a group of greedy, profit- driven corporations who could care less about them! All they are interested in is their bottom line! They could care less about these people, their families,  their kids. Because if they cared, they would pay them a wage commensurate to our costs of living, which they are in no wise, willing to do for us, or them, which is why they promote their presence! The fact the illegal immigrant is willing to work for employers who break our employment laws, who demand ridiculous amounts of work for the pay they are willing to provide to these poor folks, isn't proving anything to anyone, other than these people are too dumb to recognize how badly they are being screwed by this country's employers! Legal Americans refuse to take their crap, but illegals will do anything they are told, whether it is safe to do, whether it is legal to do, whether it is getting them anywhere, or not, and whether, or not doing it actually meets the demands of a life in this nation! This happens because illegal aliens have no real concept of our culture, our history as a nation. Nor do many of them want to find out, which creates more problems we don't need, too!

There are some illegal aliens who would rather we change our American culture to a Mexican or other culture more familiar to them, but legal Americans have no interest, or intent, in allowing same to occur!

We are a melting pot of immigrants who migrated, from a host of other nations, legally, to this nation, and those who actually were born right here between our shores and borders.  We accept all legal immigrants, and always have accepted them, into our land. But nothing has changed since the first day this nation existed, in the fact that   we consider ourselves U.S. citizens and we like it that way. We expect all inside our borders and shores to respect our flag, our government, our laws, and our way of life.

Illegal immigrants, in particular the Hispanic illegal immigrants, seem to believe that is going to change to suit another image, but it  isn't going to do that, if we can help it! Carrying the Mexican flag about here is not something of which any of us approve. Legal immigrants do not display the flags of their former nations here. They came to become U.S. citizens, to speak English clearly, to blend into our culture, and become like US.......U.S. citizens.   We don't want to change our persona at all. We love our country, and we love this land, which is OUR land.  The United States of America belongs to its' legal citizens and nobody else. We have a government for the people, by the people.

Legal citizens are this government. Illegal aliens can't comprehend that fact, or so it seems.
California and Texas have major sections made up of illegal Hispanics, among other illegals there. The kind of propaganda heard coming from those states, in defense of the law breakers there, may play well, there, but it isn't playing well anywhere else of which we can think!  And it isn't playing all that well in any border state, where legal citizens are concerned, either.

You may find it impressive when scores of illegal people hit your streets in protests they have no legal authority, or right, under our Constitution to hold, but nobody else is impressed. Seeing that kind of blatant criminal activity angers legal people, and that's about all it has done, or will do! The U.S. Constitution was written for governance and protection of legal citizens in this nation. It doesn't apply to citizens of any other country!

That document applies to legal people, only. People not legally here can not, should not, be permitted to bastardize it, as they have been trying to do, to serve the purpose of justifying their illegal acts and actions!  This is merely another form of lack of enforcement that legal citizens are complaining about since the realization has hit home that foreigners are attempting to utilize our laws when our laws do not govern, nor protect, foreign nations, or people.

Illegal aliens are not undocumented workers, migrant workers, or immigrants. They are simply illegal aliens who have no legal right to be here. Period.  And they are not all Hispanics, either. Illegal aliens are coming in here, via the Mexico border, in large part, who is promoting this invasion, from about 30 total countries around the globe.  Their only option under our laws is deportation back to where they come from until they get legal authorization to do otherwise.

If the Hispanic community, promoting illegal aliens, keeps up this campaign designed to prevent and/or stop law enforcement and the enforcement of our national laws, to prevent and/or stop national security, to prevent and/or stop border security, in this time of war   against terrorism, in particular, the campaign serves to solidify legal Americans in their intent to take back their own country from these law breakers! As this ridiculously misguided campaign continues to create chaos in our streets for the purpose of protesting us, and our government, which is precisely what is occurring when scores of illegal aliens hit the decks out there waving their foreign flag, and chanting foreign slogans in foreign language, legal Americans become more, and more, determined that we will take our nation back from these invading forces! Among those numbers are scores of legal Hispanic people, as well! I guess we should thank all of you for helping us all remember what we are about, who we are, and what we truly possess and own, which is the true American spirit that started this nation and keeps it going!

Legal Americans have an immigration law that suits them just fine. It was written by legal Americans, too! We see absolutely no reason to change, or reform it, simply because there is only one reason for anyone to promote the change in that existing law. That reason would be to get the law breaking employers off the legal hook, out of, taking responsibility for their illegal actions, and keep them from arrest, prosecution, fines and/or jail terms. Neither government, or business, either one, gives a hoot about the illegal alien plight!
That has not a thing to do with anything! Business is about making higher, and higher, profits, at the expense of anyone stupid enough to be cheated by them, and government is about taking money from the businesses to fund their political ambitions!

The U.S. Department of Labor reports that there is no worker shortage in this country, hasn't been one, nor is any expected in the foreseeable future. So, you are not going to sell your propaganda to anyone legally here , in particular not anyone unemployed, under-employed, under-paid, or being mistreated like they are illegal alien workers, who are currently employed! That pretty much accounts for the crux of the labor force, too! And they all vote. There are a total of roughly 300 million people in this land, and the government owns up to an illegal population of a mere 12 million of them, and others say there are actually closer to 20 million of them, which is also a very low figure against the total population.

Your claims that we can't get along without illegal aliens are then rather ridiculous, don't you think?  We do! Especially considering we have over 12 million legal citizens unemployed. Those numbers are real close.......12 million illegals..........12 million legals unemployed. Hmmm!

MY daughter worked as a dry cleaner employee 12 years. The wage she got was not near what it would have been had she entered the labor force prior the invasion of illegal labor. My son was a meat cutter and the same is true of his job. My other son has done several different jobs in the service industry that all pay less than the day I used to be in the labor force, which was just prior the first illegal invasion of our nation. A meat cutter in 1977, yet, was starting for $ 19 an hour where today that guy is lucky to see $ 7 an
hour as a starting wage.

Those declines are true all across the board, in every imaginable occupation, and the only reason legal Americans no longer get paid wages commensurate to the continually rising cost of living since 1977, is because employers can get the cheap illegal worker who is stupid enough to work for those low wages and still try to pay their bills in this most expensive to live in country!  And YOU favor that!  YOU favor the exploitation of your own kind! You are of Hispanic origin, or descent, are you not, by your name? I find that absolutely disgusting, myself! My conscience would not allow me to sleep at night
thinking I could sell out my own people as you are willing to do!

Your group, and others like it, ought to be using your ability to influence the countries of illegal aliens here, to bring their people back, and put them to work. Mexico is a very wealthy nation.

Trouble is the government, and drug cartels, have it all. Why don't you go to work on that? Why don't you go to work for the people you claim to defend, instead of working so hard to see them exploited here? Living life without worthwhile purposes is rather a waste of time, don't you think? Our country doesn't want, or need, change like you want, but Mexico is in more need of it than anybody I can currently think of, considering what they possess down there! What they could do for their own population would be phenomenal if that government was forced to clean up its' act! 12 million illegal aliens is one whale of a lobby for change in Mexico.

Send them there to get that job done.

The United States is what it is today because we fought for our land, our form of government, and our lifestyles. Send home that 12 million person illegal alien lobby, and let them do it in Mexico, and for their own kind, their own families, and their own neighbors, and relatives, and countrymen!  Put them on the steps of the capital, and before the Mexican President, and let their voices be heard in their own land. Or don't they have the set to do that for themselves?

Mr. Porras, were you aware your skewed opinions, and beliefs, leave the majority of us, cold as ice, but really determined, to enforce our law, secure our borders, and prosecute all who violate the existing immigration law, and deport every single illegal inside our shores and borders? You should have been!  We are determined to take our nation back, to run it as we see fit.

Oh, and one last thought.  The children of the illegal aliens here?  They should be sent home with their illegal parents, permitted to retain- with delay- their citizenship in the U.S.A. , and then when they become legal age, allowed to apply to return to this country. Parents shouldn't be separated from their kids. That's wrong. But there is a solution! They go home with mom and dad, til they hit legal age of consent in this country. Then, if they want to leave their parents, and other family, and come here, fine! They have in some manner grown up in our culture, too, so they would make fine people to go home and fight for their rights in their parents' country!  They could perhaps effect the necessary changes in places like Mexico!  They can talk to other young people about their experiences here and how they too might fight to change Mexico. The opportunities there are limitless. Why don't you promote that instead of this losing campaign that is a true waste of time?
