Hispanic Link News Service is a national news agency founded in 1980 by Charlie Ericksen, Sebastiana Mendoza and Héctor Ericksen-Mendoza. The news service syndicates news analysis, opinion and feature columns to more than 300 print, broadcast and news media, plus universities and individuals in leadership positions throughout the Americas in English and Spanish.
Link writers have shared their expertise and views in some 4,000 columns since the news service broke the national op/ed-page barrier by syndicating Latino voices in February 1980.
The columns posted on our Web site are for your personal information and enjoyment only. They are not to be reproduced or reprinted without the consent of Hispanic Link News Service.
If you, your newspaper or organization would like to receive the three-a-week column service (English and/or Spanish) on a weekly basis, please contact Charlie Ericksen (202) 234-0280 or editor@HispanicLink.org for personal and publication rates.
